1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one 18club account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any balance held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information at any stage constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 18club account credentials. This means:

• Never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be 18club staff.
• Use a strong password that you do not use for other accounts.
• Log out from shared devices after each session.
• Contact 18club support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

18club will never contact you to ask for your full password. Any such request is a sign of a phishing attempt and should be reported. Transactions made under your account credentials are your responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to 18club support before those transactions occurred.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

All 18club deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 18club does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your e-wallet or bank terms before depositing.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. The exact methods available at any time are displayed in the 18club cashier. Method availability may change without prior notice.

You may only deposit using a payment account that is registered in your own name. Using another person's GCash wallet, bank account, or card is prohibited. If 18club identifies a mismatch between the payment account holder and the registered 18club member name, the deposit may be held pending verification and the account may be suspended.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. 18club reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits are credited to your 18club wallet once confirmed by the payment provider — processing times vary by method.

5Withdrawals and Fund Processing

18club processes withdrawal requests subject to identity verification. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This is a standard requirement and protects your funds as much as it protects the platform.

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

18club offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. Accepting any bonus means you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer. These terms are displayed at the point of claiming and in the active bonus section of your account.

All 18club bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on ₱1,000 means you must place ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing the bonus value.

Additional standard bonus conditions at 18club include:

8Prohibited Conduct

10Account Suspension and Closure

18club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the member with their payment provider.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more). Dormant account policies will be communicated separately.
• Request by the member for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

If your 18club account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond with relevant information. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, any remaining balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact 18club support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course after verification is complete.

11Intellectual Property

The 18club name, logo, and brand are registered marks. Using them in any way that could create confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation is prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

18club provides the platform on an "as available" basis.
